Evolution Athletics' grip shirt has full front grip both inside and outside of the material, upper back grip, again both inside and outside with the addition of grip down the shoulder/sleeve. Made of high-quality cotton to minimize stretch under the heaviest of loads. Grip shirts are intended to be worn snug and we recommend sizing down one size from your normal shirt size.
